Antitrust Specialist Jonathan Baker Joins Charles River Associates as Senior Consultant
Professor Baker is on the faculty at American University's Washington College of Law, teaching courses in antitrust, economic regulation, and law and economics. From 1995 to 1998, he served as Director of the Bureau of Economics at the Federal Trade Commission. From 1993 to 1995, he was a Senior Economist on the President's Council of Economic Advisers. In addition, Professor Baker has served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Economics in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and has taught at Dartmouth University's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration. He is the current Editorial Chair of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Law Journal, and he has published widely in the fields of antitrust law and policy, and industrial organization economics. Professor Baker holds a Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard University.
