New Consultants Bring Expertise in Digital Forensics, Forensic Accounting, and eDiscovery

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 2015-- Charles River Associates (NASDAQ: CRAI), a worldwide leader in providing economic, financial, and management consulting services, today announced that Cuyler Robinson has joined the firm as a vice president in Chicago. Mr. Robinson specializes in digital forensics, cyber security, and eDiscovery. He helps companies and their counsel investigate and resolve issues arising from computer-enabled theft of trade secrets, white collar crime, cyber security incidents, data breaches, and other sensitive matters driven by internal investigation, litigation, regulatory risk, or enforcement action.

Mr. Robinson has served as an expert in matters filed in U.S. federal and state courts and in arbitration. He frequently speaks at industry conferences on forensics and cyber security, and has written for publications such as the American Bar Association’s Technology for the Litigator. Mr. Robinson is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and holds a BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, from Colorado State University.

In addition to Mr. Robinson, forensic and cyber investigation specialist Jordan Kraner has joined CRA as a principal.

Mr. Kraner brings more than 15 years of experience working on high profile investigative and compliance matters in forensic accounting, cyber incident response, and FCPA, and relating to anti-money laundering in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, and professional services. Mr. Kraner serves as an expert on accounting malpractice suits, damages analyses in commercial disputes, class actions, and other accounting and compliance related issues. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Mr. Kraner received a BS degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business.
