Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Hillan was a partner at a life sciences consulting firm, where he advised pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on medical affairs strategy and launch readiness across a broad range of therapeutic areas. He led engagements spanning healthcare professional and patient insight generation, strategic and tactical planning, integrated evidence generation planning, and scientific platform and narrative development, helping organizations build the scientific and strategic foundations needed to support successful product launches and optimize asset value throughout the product lifecycle.

Mr. Hillan holds a MSc in Neuroscience and a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Edinburgh.
