Two New Vice Presidents Join CRA International
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 2008--CRA International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRAI), a worldwide leader in providing management, economic, and financial consulting services, today announced the expansion of its capabilities with two new Vice Presidents who have joined the firm's Chemicals & Petroleum and Transfer Pricing Practices.
Rich Patrick joins the Chemicals & Petroleum Practice in Houston. Mr. Patrick has significant knowledge and experience across the petroleum, natural gas, electric power, and chemicals industries. His areas of expertise include strategic management consulting; financial consulting around mergers, acquisitions and related valuation; and trading, marketing, and risk management issues. Mr. Patrick has also advised clients around hedge fund, private equity, and related investment advisory services.
Previously, he was global co-lead of Accenture's Energy Trading & Risk Management Consulting Practice and global lead of Accenture's LNG Strategy Consulting Practice. Mr. Patrick was also with McKinsey & Co. and had several prior roles in the energy industry. He holds a MBA degree in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Susana Chou joins the Transfer Pricing Practice in CRA's Hong Kong office. She strengthens CRA's capabilities in intercompany pricing, cross border transactions, and tax controversy resolution in Hong Kong and mainland China. Ms. Chou has 11 years of experience consulting on a wide range of transfer pricing and tax issues. She has significant experience advising multinational clients on transfer pricing compliance, planning, audit defense, and advanced pricing agreements in the Greater China region, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, and other Asia Pacific jurisdictions. Ms. Chou has advised clients across a number of industries, including consumer products, chemicals, manufacturing, entertainment media, multi-level marketing, and financial services.
She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and previously worked with Deloitte's Transfer Pricing Global Group.
